Key Responsibilities: Deploy performance management and compensation programs
Advise client groups on employment-related issues
Develop proactive staffing strategies with recruitment teams
Coach leaders on talent and performance management
Lead analysis and diagnosis of client needs
Requirements: Five to seven years of progressive HR experience
Knowledge of client relationship management
CHRP designation or postgraduate degree preferred
Robust planning, organization, and project leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
