The Estimator reports to the Estimating Manager and helps manage civil construction projects from tender preparation through post-project review. The family-run business has served Toronto and surrounding areas for over seven decades. Work includes road construction, aggregate materials, and infrastructure maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate estimates with subcontractors and material suppliers
Track opportunities within the local construction market
Liaise with contractors, engineers, consultants, and management firms




Manage awarded-contract administration and job costing
Analyze production and cost variances after project completion
Requirements: Minimum four years of construction estimating experience
Road construction, paving, or civil infrastructure background preferred
Knowledge of ICI, municipal, or subdivision sectors
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple tenders
Use construction estimating, stakeholder relations, and cost analysis skills to support competitive road and infrastructure tenders.
