This Specialist partners with managers, union representatives, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. You will apply labour legislation, investigate workplace concerns, prepare arbitration files, and support bargaining activities. The position also provides analytical insights that help identify trends, reduce risk, and strengthen workplace relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret collective agreements and guide contract administration
Manage routine to moderately complex grievance lifecycles
Conduct interviews, fact-finding, and workplace investigations
Prepare arbitration evidence and coordinate witnesses




Support bargaining proposals, documentation, and settlements
Requirements: Post-secondary education in HR, Labour Relations, Law, or Business
Two to three years of Labour Relations or HR experience
Experience managing grievances or investigations
Knowledge of employment legislation and collective agreement administration
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
