Support TERMONT employees directly as an IT Technician, resolving user requests and maintaining reliable technology across Montreal West terminals.
In this full-time, one-year temporary contract, you will serve as the first IT support contact for both terminals. The work combines customer service, issue diagnosis, equipment troubleshooting, and operational monitoring. Support may extend outside regular business hours when operational needs require it.
Key Responsibilities: Act as first IT support contact for all terminal employees
Assist users with equipment, software, and business systems
Follow up on requests and meet required service levels
Monitor infrastructure performance and address operational incidents
Support gatehouses, workstations, printers,



servers, and telephone systems
Requirements: Information technology or technical support education
Experience providing user support and equipment troubleshooting
Ability to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions
Flexibility for support needs outside regular business hours
Excellent written and spoken French and English
Bring dependable service desk judgment, technical troubleshooting, and bilingual communication to TERMONT’s operational technology workplace.
