Reporting to the Manager, Scheduling and Workforce Optimization, you will advance Human Capital Management processes. The position emphasizes UKG configuration, scheduling, staffing, and collective-agreement compliance. You will support Workday, change management, testing, and ongoing process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead scheduling and workforce optimization as business lead
Design and deploy time, attendance, scheduling, and absence solutions
Gather requirements and align workshops with UKG capabilities
Develop training on scheduling and operating procedures
Execute test scripts, track testing,



and log defects
Requirements: Three-plus years with workforce management software, ideally UKG Dimensions
Three-plus years leading configuration, testing, and implementation
Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution
Robust negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Advanced computer, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
