Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage month-end and year-end close across companies and club locations. The position suits a CPA or Senior Accountant with a completed CPA designation, strong reconciliations experience, and independent problem-solving ability. You will also develop repeatable consolidation, bank-reporting, cash-flow, and payroll-accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end and year-end close across multiple companies
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and proforma reports
Review reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany balances




Explain location variances and recommend practical actions
Prepare consolidated information and TD reporting packages
Requirements: Strong practical proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
Experience preparing financial statements and supporting schedules
Understanding of multi-entity accounting and consolidation principles
Completed CPA designation or strong Senior Accountant background
Independent research, sound judgment, and organizational skills
