Jetson is seeking a Customer Success Representative in Canada to guide homeowners from sign-on through installation. You’ll be their trusted contact, coordinating paperwork, approvals, and scheduling for a seamless electrification journey.
You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations and Installers, manage expectations, and maintain accurate customer records in Jetson’s CRM. Robust communication and CRM experience are essential for success.
