This UX Designer improves experiences across Ross Video’s robotics, control panels, infrastructure, graphics, and software products. You will create functional prototypes, apply interaction and visual design expertise, and refine solutions with customers and engineering teams. Your work supports accessible experiences for complex qualified applications.
Key Responsibilities: Build interactive user interface prototypes with AI-assisted development tools
Apply usability, accessibility, visual design, and UX principles
Conduct user research and usability testing




Collaborate with engineering toward production-ready designs
Contribute to design systems, components, and UX practices
Requirements: Degree or experience in UX design or related field
Portfolio demonstrating interaction design and problem-solving
Comfort using or learning AI-assisted development tools
Ability to translate technical requirements into intuitive experiences
Strong communication and collaboration skills
