As an Account Manager, you will serve as K+S Services’ primary customer liaison for day-to-day operations. You will work with maintenance, purchasing, and engineering personnel while supporting repairs, inventory, reporting, and reliability improvements. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain relationships with key plant personnel
Execute spare parts strategies focused on repairs
Ship, receive, and expedite customer orders
Manage the STAMP database accurately
Process approvals and oversee repairable assets
Requirements: Five-plus years manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred
Mechanical background and technical drawing understanding preferred
Clear, confident, skilled communication skills
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and walk extensively
Microsoft Office and customer software proficiency
Support Milton plant operations through customer service, repair coordination, inventory oversight, and focused industrial problem-solving.
