The Operations Supervisor manages day-to-day station sort activities and assigned Cargo Handlers. You will direct work, mentor employees, coach performance, and provide training. The position also supports recovery of potential service failures while maintaining compliant administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily sort operations within the station
Lead proper package handling and routing
Guide assigned Cargo Handlers’ work activities
Recover potential service failures during station sorting
Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements: College degree
Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
Ability to complete training and maintain DG certification
