Apply structural analysis and design expertise as a Structural Design Engineer with RJC Engineers in Ottawa, Ontario, working full time.
As part of the Structural team, you will design building components and systems under a Project Engineer’s direction. The work covers high-rise and residential towers, parking facilities, and recreation facilities. You will develop technical expertise through project experience, training, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities: Perform structural analysis and design of building structural systems
Design reinforced concrete, steel, wood, timber, and masonry structures
Coordinate structural drawings with BIM technologists and project teams
Review discipline drawings and resolve structural coordination requirements




Support construction through RFIs, shop drawings, and site visits
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum four years of structural engineering experience
Registered P.Eng. with PEO or working toward licensure
Proficiency with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, or similar software
Working knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
