Key Responsibilities: Supervise staff and coordinate productive operations throughout store hours
Address customer complaints and authorize customer refunds
Maintain inventory, complete scheduled counts, and provide reports
Verify deliveries, invoices, packaging slips,



and expenditures
Balance sales, reconcile statements, and make daily deposits
Requirements: Ability to manage daily retail operations and profitability
Ability to maintain health, safety, and security standards
Ability to manage merchandise presentation and seasonal pricing changes
Ability to approve timesheets and input schedules in Dayforce
Availability for store emergencies and alarm system responsibilities
Develop retail leadership through customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, reporting, and financial control responsibilities.
