You will contribute across multi-unit residential projects, using building science, construction detailing, and Revit. The work spans design, documentation, consultant coordination, approvals, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead or support projects from conception through completion
Prepare authority applications for required project approvals
Manage design, permit, and contract documents
Coordinate consultants within contract documents
Perform office and field contract administration procedures
Requirements: Diploma in Architectural Technology
At least five years in a professional architectural office
Proficiency in Revit
Robust understanding of the OBC
Knowledge of building systems, science, and cold-climate detailing
Bring Revit, OBC, documentation, and contract administration expertise to Zedd Architecture’s multi-unit residential projects.
