Microsoft 365 support and service administration define this Interior Health position in Kelowna. Work full time permanently while maintaining reliable organizational tools and access.
As an M365 Intermediate Analyst, you will develop, install, configure, test, maintain, and support Interior Health’s M365 environment. You will provide end-user training and help sustain existing tools as recent integrations are deployed. The work follows established organizational policies, procedures, standards, and project methodologies.
Key Responsibilities: Complete incident and request tickets for M365 services
Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure settings, policies, and groups
Protect information access through retention, backup, and recovery capabilities
Implement Microsoft functionality and department best practices




Liaise with vendors on timely software and system issue resolution
Requirements: Ability to perform M365 development, installation, configuration, and testing
Ability to deliver end-user training and ongoing technical support
Ability to document systems, procedures, requirements, and specifications
Ability to contribute operational input through technical working groups
Ability to maintain reliable access within file systems and M365
