As an Assistant Project Manager, you will interpret designs, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor project delivery. Your work includes RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, subcontracts, billing, and reports. EllisDon seeks construction experience, solid communication, and the ability to read specifications and drawings.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with planning and specification analysis
Track RFIs, submittals, agreements, and expediting lists
Develop and monitor construction schedules
Administer subcontracts and track changes
Submit reports and escalate project risks
Requirements: Construction degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
Three-plus years of construction experience
Working knowledge of scheduling and contract software
Ability to read construction specifications and drawings
Excellent oral and written communication skills
