As a Property Claims Adjuster, you will support policyholders throughout challenging situations and help deliver secure, confident outcomes. The position combines coverage analysis, damage control, expert coordination, negotiation, and recovery assessment. It also includes collaboration through continuous improvement initiatives, working groups, and Kaizen activities.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and control property damage
Determine coverage under applicable insurance policies
Assign appropriate experts and service providers
Assess subrogation and recovery opportunities
Participate in Kaizen activities and collaborative projects
Requirements: AMF claims adjuster licence
At least five years of property adjusting experience
Excellent stress management and complex decision-making abilities
Cooperative approach supporting outstanding client experiences
Intermediate English for claims communication and settlement negotiations
Use coverage analysis, negotiation, and collaborative claims expertise to support property policyholders at Industrial Alliance.
