As a Claims Adjuster I, Property, you will assist customers through property losses from first contact through completion. You will open claims, interpret policy wordings, assess damage, determine coverage, and support prompt, equitable settlements. The role requires organizational skills, negotiation, data entry, and customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities: Open claims and respond to customer inquiries through phone queues
Assign claims to appropriate property claims representatives
Analyze information and interpret insurance policy wordings




Assess damage and determine coverage for inside property claims
Document concise notes supporting transferable claim work
Requirements: One year of customer service or administrative experience
Solid written, verbal, computer, and data entry skills
Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management skills
Superior organization, time management, and results focus
Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship
