The Bulk Plant Operator reports to the Base Manager and oversees secure equipment operation while stationed, traveling, or working at customer locations. Responsibilities include chemical blending, forklift operation, shipment coordination, inspections, documentation, communication, and shop or yard assistance. Safety remains central.
Key Responsibilities: Blend chemicals according to customer specifications
Operate forklifts safely during loading and unloading
Coordinate incoming and outgoing product shipments
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Assist in the shop and yard as needed
Requirements: Valid Class 5 driver's license required
Safe driving skills and driver's abstract
Physical fitness for required heavy lifting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and managerial skills
