Lead retail operations and brewery experiences at Moosehead Breweries in Saint John, using people management and customer service expertise. This office-based role oversees two stores and the Tour Program.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships, the Retail Operations Manager oversees the Small Batch Tap Room and Cold Beer Store. You will manage operations, consumer experience, tours, tastings, inventory, and social media. The position also coordinates with Brewing, Packaging, Marketing, Sales, Communications, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee store operations and full P&L; responsibility
Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance
Deliver public tours, education sessions, and tastings




Manage retail inventory for stores and ecommerce
Create social media schedules and content
Requirements: Related post-secondary education
At least three years of people management experience
At least three years of customer service experience
Public speaking skills and a passion for beer culture
Driver's license and ability to travel
Apply retail leadership, customer service, and beer knowledge while managing Moosehead's stores and brewery guest experiences.
