Key Responsibilities: Develop HR case studies and policy scenarios
Create employee relations exercises challenging AI models
Evaluate model responses for accuracy and fairness

Requirements: Professional human resources or people operations experience
Working knowledge of employment practices and HR policy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
PHR, SHRM-CP, or comparable certification preferred
Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
