You will shape architectural vision, solution delivery, practice development, and team growth. The work spans AWS, Azure, and GCP, with primary focus on data platforms, pipelines, and architecture.
Key Responsibilities: Hire, mentor, and develop Data Architects and Data Engineers
Lead up-to-date data engineering and architecture best practices
Shape client data strategies, roadmaps, and solution designs
Oversee production-grade data platforms,



pipelines, and workflows
Drive engagements from discovery through delivery
Requirements: 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or related fields
5+ years in technical leadership and team management
Advanced proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
Familiarity with Spark, Python, dbt, Terraform, or generative AI
Bring cloud architecture, data engineering, and consulting leadership to Slalom’s client engagements and growing practice.
