Use HR analytics, Microsoft tools, and learning expertise to support Sofina’s training, recruitment, turnover, and engagement reporting.
Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, this Human Resources Training Specialist supports data-informed people programs. The position produces workforce reports, partners with Field HR, assists talent acquisition systems, supports job fairs, and contributes to learning and culture projects across Sofina.
Key Responsibilities: Produce reports covering turnover, demographics, and learning activities
Provide employee data trends on training and engagement
Support talent acquisition systems, processes, and vendors
Partner with Field HR on engagement initiatives
Attend university and college job fairs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
Three to five years of related Training and Development experience
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database software
Office automation tools experience required
Ability to travel within the GTA and nationally
Combine HR reporting, training experience, and stakeholder communication to advance Sofina’s learning and development programs.
