Key Responsibilities: Gather information and evidence for assigned investigations
Interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties
Determine coverage under applicable policy terms
Maintain organized claim files and detailed reports
Identify subrogation or fraud opportunities
Requirements: Minimum five years’ Loss Adjuster experience
Proven diverse claims handling record
In-depth policy and investigation technique knowledge
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently remotely and manage time
Use investigative expertise, policy analysis, and report writing skills to support accurate insurance claim outcomes across the South African market.
