This Civil Engineering Technologist position supports Dillon’s Linear Municipal Infrastructure team. You will contribute to water mains, sanitary sewers, stormwater systems, roadways, land development, and transportation projects. The work suits candidates with zero to three years’ experience and robust technical communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Produce preliminary and detailed municipal infrastructure designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Develop servicing plans, grading designs, road profiles, and cross sections
Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design tables
Prepare tender documentation, quantity takeoffs,



and traffic control plans
Coordinate with consultants and participate in project meetings
Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology considered an asset
Valid CET or CTech registration, or eligibility within six months
Zero to three years’ work experience
Knowledge of roads, sewers, water mains, and drainage works
Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
Apply civil design, infrastructure knowledge, and AutoCAD Civil 3D skills while supporting Dillon projects across Winnipeg or Brandon.
