As General Manager, you will plan, organize, direct, and control activities supporting a high-priority customer program. The position oversees waste characterization, transportation, disposal, fuel storage, and program execution. It requires leadership across technical and non-technical disciplines, strategic risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary integrated waste and fuel program activities
Coordinate budgets, staffing plans, and resource assignments
Monitor scope, deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics
Manage operational risks and implement mitigation strategies




Oversee waste disposition and fuel storage operations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
At least 20 years’ relevant nuclear or environmental experience
Experience leading large cross-functional teams strategically
Solid regulatory compliance and risk mitigation decision-making
Eligibility for Canadian security clearance and Chalk River relocation
