Support integrated respiratory care as a Band 5 Respiratory Nurse within Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust’s Adult Integrated Respiratory Team. Deliver person-centred services across community pathways.
This Band 5 nursing post supports adults with respiratory disease across community, outpatient, and supported discharge services. You will assess patients, provide education, contribute to pulmonary rehabilitation, and support respiratory virtual ward care. The work includes COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, and oxygen review pathways.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake delegated patient assessments, reviews, and follow-up contacts
Support respiratory virtual ward and community respiratory services
Contribute to oxygen reviews, education, safety assessments, and monitoring




Assist pulmonary rehabilitation exercise and education sessions
Maintain clinical records and support quality improvement activities
Requirements: NMC registration or pending registration
Respiratory care diploma or degree, or willingness to complete
Relevant clinical or acute setting experience
Clinical knowledge and skills in respiratory care
Full driving licence and access to a car
Develop specialist respiratory nursing skills through assessment, education, pulmonary rehabilitation, and coordinated community care with Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
