Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join the Adult Outpatient - Mental Health & Addictions team. You will perform time-limited, evidence-based psycho-social assessments and deliver treatments to adults 19+ within a Stepped Care framework.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct crisis and risk assessments, and contribute to discharge planning and family-inclusive care.
