Key Responsibilities: Review and monitor Affordable Housing program compliance
Prepare compliance reports with Community Managers
Maintain waitlists under program and Fair Housing rules




Audit property files and resolve non-compliance findings
Coordinate regulatory updates with property teams
Requirements: Three to five years of related experience
Tax Credit Specialist or occupancy certification experience
Review income and asset documentation accurately
Knowledge of eligibility requirements and rent limits
Proficiency with Yardi, OneSite, Excel, and Outlook
