Support commercial high-rise properties as QuadReal Property Group’s Level 2 Building Operator, maintaining mechanical systems and tenant service standards.
This intermediate position reports to the Operations Supervisor and contributes to safe, environmentally responsible, efficient building operations. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, roofing, and life safety systems. The position also requires organized records, qualified communication, and continued awareness of industry practices, legislation, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
Complete chemical testing for open and closed loop systems
Respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally




Maintain accurate operations records, files, and documentation
Participate in occupational health and safety programs
Requirements: Valid certificate in good standing with ABSA
Three years direct experience in commercial high-rise operations
Effective oral and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Strong logical, fact-based problem-solving skills
Use commercial building operations experience, system maintenance knowledge, and customer service skills in QuadReal’s Level 2 position.
