Support student mental health in Cranberry Portage as a Mental Wellness Worker using clinical services, consultation, and education. This permanent position is full time.
Frontier School Division seeks a Mental Wellness Worker for its Student Services and Wellness Department. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will support students, school teams, families, and external partners. Services include individual and group counselling, family supports, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individual case work, group work, and family supports
Connect students, schools, families, and external agencies
Plan proactive, student-centred, strength-based programming
Assist school teams with crisis response supports




Deliver consultation and mental wellness education
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
Manitoba School Clinician certificate or eligibility
Current registration with an appropriate licensing body
Experience in counselling, assessments, interventions, and crisis response
Valid Manitoba driver's licence and ability to travel
Bring counselling, consultation, and crisis intervention expertise to support students and school communities through Frontier School Division.
