Work across low-, medium-, and high-voltage environments as an Electrical Field Technician with Magna IV Engineering in Calgary. The position requires 75% travel.
This full-time opportunity supports field projects involving primary and secondary power equipment. You will help provide exceptional client experiences through commissioning, repair, and maintenance services. Work may occur in commercial, utility, manufacturing, mining, pipeline, and oil and gas environments.
Key Responsibilities: Work safely and effectively across wide-ranging electrical environments
Operate test and troubleshooting equipment from various brands
Ensure safety culture and processes remain part of each job
Prepare technical reports and confirm work completeness




Improve processes while supporting client satisfaction
Requirements: Electrical degree, PSE, or electrical engineering technology diploma
Two years field experience testing or maintaining equipment
Experience working effectively within teams
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and frequent travel availability
Bring high-voltage field knowledge, problem-solving ability, technical reporting, and client communication to Calgary-based project work.
