This Mechanical Integration Lead coordinates execution from assembly through testing and customer delivery. You will machine and fit tooling, troubleshoot mechanical systems, determine equipment requirements, and provide technical input for quoting. The role also supports safety leadership, inspections, training, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical execution across assembly, testing, and acceptance
Determine tooling and equipment requirements for project execution
Support quoting, concept development, labour estimates, and planning
Resolve mechanical issues as a Manufacturing and Assembly resource




Promote secure work practices, training, and hazard awareness
Requirements: Recognized Machine Tool Builder and Integrator trade certification
Apprenticeship completion with related skilled trade qualification
Experience building machines, tooling, mechanical assemblies, or automation
Ability to machine precision components using lathes and mills
Experience providing technical leadership during project execution
Use mechanical integration, machining, and safety leadership capabilities to deliver complex automation solutions with ATS Industrial Automation.
