Apply SAP MM and procure-to-pay expertise onsite in downtown Calgary as a Supply Chain Management Support Analyst. This contract is not remote.
This four-month contract may extend and supports internal and external clients. You will provide Tier 1 application and process support across P2P workflows, SAP MM, OpenInvoice, Ariba, Maximo, and ServiceNow. The role reports to the Team Lead, SCM Support Services.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve Tier 1 P2P application inquiries
Support purchase orders, invoices, payments, and rate validation
Monitor ServiceNow tickets and escalate when required
Coordinate SAP MM issues, enhancements, and upgrades
Triage workflow and staging table processing delays
Requirements: High school diploma
Three or more years in P2P or related business
Excellent procure-to-pay process understanding
Experience with SAP MM
Robust communication, accuracy, and time management skills
Bring SAP MM, P2P support, and customer service skills to this onsite Calgary contract with possible extension.
