Lead Canada’s domestic payments portfolio at Citi, combining strategic product management, P&L; ownership, and hybrid work across office and remote days.
As a senior payments leader, you will define a three-to-five-year roadmap spanning real-time, batch, and legacy rails. The role manages product revenue, pricing, modernization, commercialization, and a dedicated team of Product Managers and Product Analysts. You will represent Citi with clients, regulators, and industry bodies.
Key Responsibilities: Set the Canadian domestic payments product vision and roadmap
Own revenue, pricing, transaction growth, and margin expansion
Lead product teams and cross-functional delivery squads
Modernize Real-Time Rail, ACSS, EFT, and Interac solutions




Represent Citi across Canadian payments industry groups
Requirements: Fifteen or more years in financial services or fintech
Ten years focused on transaction banking product management
Five years leading people in complex matrixed organizations
Knowledge of ACSS, Real-Time Rail, and Interac products
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled experience
Shape Citi’s Canadian payments strategy through product vision, commercial leadership, team development, and rail modernization expertise.
