Key Responsibilities: Set technical strategy across a year-long planning horizon
Connect teams around business-impacting product development projects
Define technical solutions and operational processes
Maintain monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, testing, and alerting




Set standards through code reviews, design, writing, and tech talks
Requirements: 8+ years of software engineering experience
Backend expertise with Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
Web application development using React or Vue
Experience planning major features and system changes
Solid verbal and written communication skills
