As a Talent Sourcer, you will build high-quality pipelines for technical and non-technical positions. You will work directly with the founder to identify, engage, and qualify candidates. The focus is context, quality, and qualified interest rather than mass outreach.
Key Responsibilities: Build targeted candidate lists for technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn and other tools
Identify strong profiles using context beyond keywords
Send outbound messages and manage initial outreach
Drive interested candidates toward booked calls
Requirements: Four-plus years of sourcing or recruitment experience
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
Strong LinkedIn profile identification and research skills
Comfort with outbound messaging and consistent follow-ups
Experience sourcing across SaaS, startups, or AI
Bring organized research, targeted outreach, and quality-focused sourcing to Auxo’s candidate pipelines across North America.
