Support high-volume pharmacy operations as an onsite Operations Pharmacist at Hims & Hers in North York, focused on workflow accuracy and medication adherence. The schedule is part-time, including Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday shifts.
You will organize pharmacy technician and assistant workflows, verify preparation and labeling, and confirm order entries, charges, and inspections. The position also includes dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, monitoring adherence, and participating in training. Experience in mail-order or high-volume pharmacy settings is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Direct support-personnel workflows across daily pharmacy operations
Verify medication preparation, labeling, orders, charges, and inspections
Provide counseling and ongoing adherence support to patients




Maintain clean, sanitary, and infection-controlled work areas
Attend team meetings and required training initiatives
Requirements: Minimum one year of pharmacist experience required
Part A OCP registration in good standing required
Strong technology skills and Windows proficiency required
Learn pharmacy and dispensing systems quickly
Work adaptable shifts and support short-notice coverage when possible
Use pharmacy operations, dispensing systems, and patient support expertise to maintain safe service at Hims & Hers.
