This Captain position serves as operational and service leader on private 604 and revenue 704 missions. You will exercise full command authority while coordinating with crew, maintenance, dispatch, passengers, and ATC. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, efficient operations, and exceptional passenger service.
Key Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for safe flight conduct and aircraft protection
Operate Challenger 350 private and charter missions
Lead three-pilot crews and foster team-oriented cockpit communication




Coordinate with maintenance and dispatch to resolve operational issues
Deliver discreet corporate service during domestic and international flights
Requirements: Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time
Minimum 1,000 hours total PIC experience
Minimum 500 hours PIC jet time
Transport Canada ATPL and valid Canadian aviation document
Large-aircraft and corporate aviation experience
