All Weather Group seeks a Production Scheduling Coordinator for its Capacity Planning team. You will manage daily scheduling, changing priorities, production documentation, and communication across Planning and Manufacturing. The work supports smooth operations by keeping orders, information, and paperwork accurate.
Key Responsibilities: Execute daily production scheduling activities using the ERP system
Coordinate add-on orders, cancellations, and scheduling changes
Monitor schedules, downtime, capacity constraints, and urgent requirements




Review exception reports and adjust schedules to maintain production
Prepare accurate manufacturing documentation for production distribution
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year in production planning or scheduling
At least one year working with ERP systems
Basic understanding of shop loading and capacity planning
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
Bring organization, problem-solving, ERP experience, and scheduling accuracy to All Weather Group’s Edmonton manufacturing operations.
