This customer-facing position includes parts sales, order preparation, returns, and back-order follow-up. You will also assist the service department by sourcing required parts and distributing them to technicians.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory while supporting parts operations
Prepare daily orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
Track back orders through weekly file reviews
Issue credits for returned automotive parts
Perform additional duties assigned by the Parts Manager
