Canadian Mental Health Association Muskoka - Parry Sound seeks a Crisis Case Manager to provide treatment and supportive services. The position serves individuals living with mental illness through triage, safety planning, psychoeducation, advocacy, and short-term case management. Work occurs within a multidisciplinary setting across Muskoka and Parry Sound.
Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person or virtual mental health triage and assessment
Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and short-term support
Develop coping skills through psychoeducation and empowerment
Coordinate referrals to internal and external community agencies
Liaise with police,



hospitals, and social service agencies
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant human service or health science discipline
One year supporting mental illness, developmental disability, or substance use
Proficiency in crisis intervention, crisis resolution, and community support
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Valid Ontario G or G2 license and reliable insured transportation
