Advance national-security programs for Evolved Aerospace from its Horseheads site, connecting military requirements with executable solutions. The role is full time, onsite, and travel-intensive.
As Senior Executive Director, you will engage military users to understand emerging capability needs and operational requirements. You will identify opportunities where Evolved’s mission systems can deliver operational advantage. Close collaboration with engineering and operational teams will support program development, demonstrations, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Understand military user requirements and emerging capability needs
Identify opportunities across defense and national-security markets
Develop relationships with government and industry stakeholders




Work with engineering and operational teams on solutions
Support demonstrations, exercises, and international program activity
Requirements: Established defense or national-security community credibility
Experience in defense technology, military programs, or operations
Understanding of end-user requirements and military operations
Strong commercial and strategic judgment
Ability to operate with personal ownership and regular travel
Apply military understanding, strategic programs experience, and stakeholder credibility to develop deployable capabilities with Evolved Aerospace.
