This Grounds Labourer works across lodge grounds to maintain high standards and follow safety protocols. You may explicit snow, manage waste, handle wood, inspect equipment, and complete assigned maintenance tasks. Physical capability, driving credentials, and weather flexibility are required.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain clean lodge grounds through litter and waste management
Clear snow from roads, walkways, and structures
Assist with roof snow clearing and icicle removal
Operate heavy equipment for grounds maintenance
Perform duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
At least six months grounds maintenance experience
Physical capacity for shoveling and climbing ladders
Maintenance labor experience is an asset
Availability for varied shifts and extreme weather
Help maintain CRMR’s mountain hospitality properties with reliable grounds care, safe snow operations, and responsive maintenance support.
