The scope includes Application Security, Data and Device Security, Privacy Engineering, and Security Research. You will reduce risk while enabling innovation across engineering, product, and security leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Set product security strategy and scale programs
Oversee Application Security and the SDLC program
Lead Data and Device Security initiatives
Build Privacy Engineering systems and controls
Manage security professionals and advise the CISO
Requirements: 9+ years of progressive security experience
5+ years leading security teams or programs at scale
Deep Application Security, Privacy, and Secure SDLC expertise
Experience overseeing Security Research activities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Bring security leadership, privacy expertise, and secure SDLC experience to 1Password's product security organization across North America.
