This Truck Driver position supports The Salvation Army Distribution Centre and Ministry Units. You will transport food, toys, and other materials while maintaining vehicle inspections, logs, and required paperwork. The work combines driving, donor service, product counting, and warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver goods to ministry units and assigned locations
Collect donated materials from donor locations
Complete circle checks, inspections, and CVOR logs
Load vehicles and operate equipment according to regulations
Maintain clean vehicles, warehouses, and yards
Requirements: High school diploma completion
One year of safe driving experience
Valid full provincial driver’s license and satisfactory abstract
Strong navigation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lift or transport materials up to 50 pounds
Support The Salvation Army through protected driving, dependable deliveries, donation collection, and careful handling of community supplies.
