As a Personal Banking Associate, you identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions in their best interests. You welcome branch visitors, explain self serve options, and collaborate with BMO partners. The work includes personal banking, investment advice, referrals, transactions, and operational support.

Requirements: Typically one to two years relevant experience or certification
Investment product registration completed or in progress in Canada
Experience using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online applications
Consultative customer service or sales experience
Solid communication, organization, collaboration, and problem solving skills
Bring customer advice, relationship building, digital confidence, and risk awareness to BMO personal banking customers.
