The Chinook School Division seeks a temporary part-time Educational Assistant for 0.917 FTE, or 5.5 hours daily. This position supports a student's educational program and involves working with young children. Robust interpersonal skills, teamwork, flexibility, and respect for Hutterian culture are valued.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with a student's educational program
Work with students individually and in classrooms
Meet children's health and hygiene needs
Complete lifts and transfers when required
Perform other assigned duties
Requirements: Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience
Experience or ability working with young children
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Positive, flexible attitude toward change
Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and truth and reconciliation
