As an Associate Analyst, you will support the Canada Financial Planning team’s advice, guidance, standards, and processes. You will partner with Senior Analysts and stakeholders across Financial Planning, Learning, Experience, Brand Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations. Your work will help maintain relevant planning resources and support advisor adoption.
Key Responsibilities: Research and develop financial planning advice and guidance
Translate guidance into standards, processes, and client experiences
Analyze data and communicate insights to governance committees
Maintain strategy reports, articles,



seminars, and web content
Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Three to five years of relevant financial services experience
Knowledge of financial planning disciplines or tools
Robust research, analysis, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across matrixed teams
Apply financial planning expertise, analytical thinking, and communication skills to strengthen guidance for Edward Jones advisors and clients.
