We are seeking passionate and experienced Support Workers who are dedicated to delivering individualised, person-centered care. You will play a key role in helping participants build their independence, capacity, and quality of life, while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

Providing personal care and daily living support

Assisting participants in building life skills

Maintaining clear and accurate documentation

Implementing behaviour support plans and restrictive practices when required

Working collaboratively with families, stakeholders, and external providers

About you

Minimum 6-12 months' experience as a support worker

Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Certificate III/IV in Disability or Individual Support)

NDIS Worker Screening Check / WWVP Card

Police Check (within the last 6 months)

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Driver's License and access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Happy to do Community Access shifts minimum 2x Hours

Mental Health experience or qualifications highly regarded

Experience working with individuals with complex needs highly regarded
