Tricon is hiring three Maintenance Technicians for Canary Landing, comprising Maple House, Birch House and Cherry House in Toronto’s Canary District. You will support residents, shared spaces and reliable property operations through plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and general renovation repairs. The position also includes suite turnovers, contractor coordination, safety compliance and accurate maintenance records. Strong communication, sound judgment and attention to detail are essential for this work.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to resident requests within the established 24-hour standard




Diagnose and complete building repairs across multiple systems
Complete suite turnovers to Class A standards
Inspect common areas and amenity spaces for deficiencies
Participate in rotating on-call emergency coverage
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Hands-on building maintenance and repair experience
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems
Availability for onsite flexible shifts and on-call coverage
Working knowledge of Teams, Excel and Outlook
